　　there are now 42 full-time and part-time research fellows working in cas, including a few chinese statisticians, such as chen xiru, yan jiaan, both the academicians of the chinese academy of science, and zhang yaoting, yuan wei, geng zhi, zhao yanyun and he keng. the strong research team, the plentiful research fruit and the high research reputation have made cas the first rank in china and well known to the world.
