Procedures of Booking Hotels

　　The Fifteenth International Input-Output Conference will be held at the YIFU INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE CENTER in RENMIN University. The whole conference will last from 27th June to 1st July. During the whole day of 26th June, you can register and pay the Registration fee in the YIFU INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE CENTER in RENMIN University. We have made reservations in BEIJING FRIENDSHIP HOTEL (four stars) and XIAN JINJU HOTEL (without star) to provide the accommodation. Any delegate who wants to book rooms please make your decision and email to us with the Registration and Booking Hotel Form attached before 25th March(for delegates in XIAN JINJU HOTEL) or 10th, May(for delegates in BEIJING FRIENDSHIP HOTEL).

• BEIJING FRIENDSHIP HOTEL (four stars)
  
  　　 We suggest the Council Members of the IIOA live in the hotel.
  　　 We have discuss about the accommodation cost, and get the discount rates as $60, $65, $70 for different rooms.
  
• XIAN JINJU HOTEL (without star)

  　　This hotel is at the campus of RENMIN university, and its advantages are the location and low cost. Although the hotel has promised to try their best to provide rooms for our conference, the rooms may be not enough for the demands. We should pay some money for the reservation. So, if the participants want to choose the XIAN JINJU HOTEL, they must contact to us as soon as possible, and after we receive the reservation fee, we would book the room for them. If they can’t come to attend the conference, the hotel would charge two days’s accommodation cost, and return the rest to them.

　　Further information of the two hotels will be presented in the Registration and Booking Hotel Form below.

　　Please download an address card of the hotels. Bring it with you to Beijing and show it to the taxi driver. (The upper half is for BEIJING FRIENDSHIP HOTEL and the lower half for XIAN JINJU HOTEL.
