Confirmation of Invitation Letter (the information till on 10th May)

Dear Delegates,

　　We made this file to confirm whether you have received the official invitation letter sent by us already (Following list is the name and address we sent letters). We send the letters in order to help the delegates get the VISA from the Chinese Embassy.
　　If you have submitted the invitation letter or REG form but not get the letter, please check in the file. If there is any problem, please contact with me (Ms. Cao Qian: ioruc@163.com). If you have got our invitation letter, please let me know.
