Procedures of Transacting the Visa to China

　　Delegates who need the letter of invitation to transact the Visa, please submit the information required in the forms attached below to us as soon as possible(Click the links below to download the forms).

　　(1) We will e-mail a template of the letter of invitation and Registration Form to every delegate (see the Appendix), please fill the forms and e-mail to Ms Cao Qian as soon as possible. (E-mail address: ioruc@163.com )

　　(2) We would post the letter of invitation to you after we receive your e-mail with the information required.

Appendix:

• The Template of Invitational Letter (please fill your name and title of the paper)
• Registration and Booking Hotel Form (please fill in your name, address, title of the paper, passport number, photograph scanned from your passport's head page, resume, information for Booking Hotels).
